Text extraction, not layout reconstruction
This converter creates DOCX paragraphs from the PDF's accessible text layer. It does not recreate invoice tables, infer missing prices or calculate document values. Table cell text may appear as ordinary lines and needs review.
There is no OCR in this tool. Image-only pages contribute no extracted text. If the entire document has no extractable text, conversion stops with a message rather than producing an empty DOCX. In a mixed document, text-bearing pages may contribute text while image-only pages do not.
Original page boundaries, spacing, fonts, columns and images are not preserved. Reading order depends on the PDF text positions. Arabic, right-to-left text, mixed-language lines and complex layouts may need manual correction; this tool does not guarantee their original reading order.
